• In-Home or Office Lactation Assessment

    If you are having trouble breastfeeding, don't give up. We can help. In-Home or Office Lactation
    Assessments are designed to help mothers and babies who are having any type of
    breastfeeding difficulties. We will address your personal issue in a private one-on-one
    setting, observe a feeding as needed, and help you to solve the problem so you can get back to
    enjoying your baby.
      
    1-2 hours

    Follow-up included

        Many times we can solve the problem in one visit, but sometimes it takes several days of
        practice and follow-up. Expect it to be process, and we will be available to you until the
        problem is resolved.

• Prenatal Breastfeeding Class
  This is a practical, evidence based breastfeeding class intended to give you and your baby the best start to breastfeeding.
  
  

• Milk Men Tours

        Short, sweet and to the point, this 30 minute session is designed to inform men on how their             wives, babies and the entire family can benefit from breastfeeding, and how they can support             their wives in this process. The seminar is taught by a husband and wife team using facts and
        personal experience along with input from other husbands and wives who have    
        breastfeeding experience.

                                                                                  

• Phone Consult

        Another option is a phone consult. After an initial phone conversation our Certified Lactation Counselor will decide if this is a good option
        for you or if a in person lactation assessment is necessary. We are available by phone 24 hours per day 7 days a week. If you need help do
        not hesitate to call.

• Breastfeeding Support Group

        This is a group of women supporting women with a Certified Lactation Counselor facilitating the discussion and answering questions.
        We meet Wednesdays from 10 AM-11 AM, at Growing Families Birth Center, 3750 US 1 South


        We join the Flagler Hospital Support Group on the 2nd Thursday of every month.

• OB and Pediatrician Office Seminar

        This free program is a 30-minute informative session designed to update medical professionals on current breastfeeding recommendations,         policies and practices. Your office staff are on the front line with mothers and mothers-to-be who may be encountering breastfeeding            
        problems or who have questions about breastfeeding. We'll make sure your staff is breastfeeding savvy.
